Billing Update
Mercer’s billing provider will be changing January 2024.
What’s Next – Please read carefully
2023 Payments
Retirees will send December 2023 payments to WEX via check or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). However, December payment will need to be received by WEX on or before December 31, 2023. Please be sure to remit December payment well in advance of the December 31 deadline to ensure the payment is processed timely.
2024 Payments
In early December, Mercer will mail January 2024 billing invoice. At that time, retirees will have the option to sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to have funds withdrawn to pay for premiums. Alternatively, there is the option to make a direct payment from a bank to pay the bill securely online or mail a check to:

CuraeChoice
What is CuraeChoice?
CuraeChoice is a benefit program that offers radiology, surgery, oncology, physical therapy, ob-gyn and chiropractic care at NO COST TO YOU! This means, $0 premiums, $0 copays and $0 deductibles for services within the CuraeChoice network of providers and facilities.
Am I eligible?
Services are available to MBUSI retirees and their eligible dependents who are under the age of 65 and are enrolled in a MBUSI retiree medical plan.
How do I get CuraeChoice services if I am eligible?
You need a vCard to access CuraeChoice services. To request your CuraeChoice vCard, click here. If you experience challenges downloading your vCard, please contact CuraeChoice directly at 800-646-9823 or support@curaechoice.com.
